- For use up to hour 18.00 the additional cost is 50%. After 18.00 the entire amount of the rent is charged

- A reservation is considered valid only after a deposit has been received 5 days after the agreement and after a copy of the deposit has been sent to the hotel via fax or e-mail.
- The remaining amount (after you paid the prepayment) is to be paid in the latest before check-out. If you prefer you can pay the total amount in advance to our account, but then please notify us.
- If a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit is returned. *
- If the cancellation takes place 8 - 20 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. *
- In case of cancellation within the last week prior to the arrival date or in case of non-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. *
