Vanessa Ntakabanyura - Organisatrice et facilitatrice

Psychologue clinicienne depuis 20 ans, Vanessa a accompagné adolescents, jeunes adultes, entrepreneurs et soignants, en France et à l’international. Passionnée par la transformation humaine, elle combine l’art, la psychologie et les approches énergétiques pour offrir des expériences puissantes et sur mesure.

Nathalie Kanta Burki - Professeure de Yoga & Musicienne

Depuis l’enfance, Kanta explore la spiritualité. Sa rencontre avec le yoga, confirmée par un voyage initiatique en Inde en 2014, l’a menée à se former en Hatha Yoga traditionnel à Rishikesh. Depuis 8 ans, elle enseigne le Hatha Yoga intégral, le Yin Yoga et développe une approche thérapeutique du yoga.
Sa pratique inclut le Bhakti Yoga, le chant de mantras, la méditation et la thérapie sonore (gongs, bols, diapasons). Co-fondatrice du Spirit Pop Festival avec son mari Mahadev, elle anime concerts et retraites en Europe et en Inde.

Émilie Carré - Chiropracteur

Diplômée de l’Institut Franco-Européen de Chiropratique en 2011, elle met son expertise au service de la libération des tensions et du rééquilibrage global du corps, pour restaurer énergie et mobilité.

A Day in the Life at the Retreat


Morning:

Rise and shine with movement sessions, join a refreshing outdoor run, a gentle walk in nature, or a Pilates flow to wake up your body. Add some light stretches or mobility exercises to start the day feeling strong and energized.

Late Morning:
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast and take some time for yourself / journal, read, or simply soak in the surroundings.

Afternoon:
Your time, your choice! Explore the local area, relax by the retreat space, or join optional mini sessions for Pilates, mobility, or coaching tips to refine your skills. Connect with other participants or enjoy quiet reflection.


Evening:
Wind down with gentle movement or a mindful practice. Share stories, reflect on your day, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as the sun sets.

Each day is designed to be flexible, allowing you to move at your own pace, choose your favorite activities, and focus on what feels best for your body and mind.


Rafaella Xylia - Running & Wellness Coach | Pilates Instructor

Rafaella Xylia is a wellness & running coach and Pilates instructor with a passion for movement, community, and total well-being. She is the founder of the Yes Coach Community, an online holistic coaching platform focused on helping people reconnect with their bodies, build consistency, and enjoy movement as a sustainable lifestyle / not a punishment.

With a background in Health Visiting and certifications in Pilates, Rafaella combines evidence-based training with a human-centered, inclusive approach. She has worked as a running coach, fitness coach, content creator, and event planner, collaborating with international sports and wellness brands and leading community runs, group training sessions, and experiential wellness events that bring people together through movement.

Rafaella is an active runner herself and specializes in helping people of all levels build confidence through running, strength training, and mindful movement. Her retreats are designed to create space for reset, connection, and joy/where movement meets rest, and performance meets presence.

Guest speaker Jonas Saul!
Bestselling author Jonas Saul will lead a session on tension and emotion in your work in progress, and will also contribute to a discussion on the publishing industry. He will also be available for one-on-ones and work directly with anyone who wants more time with him.

THE RETREAT WEEK SUMMARY:
08:00 - 09:30--Buffet Breakfast.
10:00 - 13:00—Morning sessions run three hours with a short break in between. The itinerary below details these sessions. In the afternoons, you can choose from various activities: edit, walk the beach, swim, hike from one village to another, or take a nap—whatever you like. The possibilities are endless, and the choice is yours!
Afternoons - One-on-one sessions with Kat to work on your specific needs.
20:00 - Meet for dinner, then spend the rest of the evening chatting about writing and art.

Tours: During our six-night stay on the island of Amorgos, we'll visit the 11th-century monastery, tour the white village of Chora, and go on a village hike!


Kat Caputo Biography:
Her mystery book, A SLIVER IN THE DARK, will be released in 2027!
Kat Caputo is a visual artist, arts educator, creativity coach, and the author of Art, Then Mysteries, published in Mystery Readers Journal, as well as Troubled Man, a short story featured at the Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art.

A former public school visual arts educator and adjunct professor, Kat holds an MFA in Studio Arts and an MA in Art Education from The University of the Arts. With several years of teaching and coaching experience—let’s say enough to retire—Kat uses her knowledge and expertise in the arts to coach and mentor creatives.

Kat writes mysteries and thrillers and is a member of International Thriller Writers, Mystery Writers of America, and Sisters in Crime, where she also serves as a mentor. She advocates for the healing power of the arts and the therapeutic benefits of animals, and has worked with PAWS For People using her therapy golden retrievers.

Like her writing, Kat’s art explores trauma and the fragility of life.
